Tri County Tech offers formal training and guidance for students to complete the necessary steps to receive their CDA certification. This 16-week course will train students in child safety and health, designing proper learning environments, child growth and development, involving families and the community, program planning, record keeping, developing as a professional, and putting together a portfolio.

Accuplacer testing is required for all students applying for Fast Track programs. Testing is done every Tuesday and Thursday on a walk-in basis starting at 8:00 am. No tests will begin after 2:00 pm. Cost is $20 for adults and $10 for high school students, which is payable at time of testing (cash, money order, check MasterCard, or VISA). There is no charge if retesting is required.
