Tri County Tech offers formal training and guidance for students to complete the necessary steps to receive their CDA certification. This 16-week course will train students in child safety and health, designing proper learning environments, child growth and development, involving families and the community, program planning, record keeping, developing as a professional, and putting together a portfolio.

- Requires an additional 480 hours working with children in specific CDA age group (infant/toddler or preschool) and a $425 application and testing fee.
