Culinary Arts

Program Overview

The Hospitality Industry is one of the nation’s largest employers offering many employment opportunities; the possibilities are endless, from high-end restaurants to cruise ships. Expand your palate in the Culinary Arts program, where you will work in a tasteful environment, giving you first-hand experience in a commercial kitchen. The student-assisted Osage Market provides a realistic work environment and an opportunity to apply what you have learned in the classroom. You will work in rotating stations such as bakery, hot food prep, cold foods, grill, cash register, steward, catering, and dish room. #recipeforsuccess
