Workforce and Economic Development

Bartlesville Business Development Center

Workforce and Economic Development is a progressive, professional, smart organization that provides practical, quality services in all business sectors. We do not focus on any certain business sector, rather our services are representative of commerce in general and customized to each individual organization.

We value linked partnerships within the community and create strengthened organizations, allowing businesses to better reach their full potential. We focus on helping businesses thrive, which strengthens the economy and improves the quality of life in not only the local community but Oklahoma as a whole.

The Nowata Business Development Center

Tri County Tech and The Nowata Boys & Girls Club have announced a partnership to construct a joint-use facility in Nowata to inspire children and adults to achieve their full potential by providing quality youth development services and life-changing learning experiences.

The state-of-the-art facility, approximately 22,500 square feet in size, will be constructed at the existing Boys & Girls Club site. This facility will include dedicated spaces for Tri County and the Boys & Girls Club of Nowata and shared areas such as classrooms, a commercial kitchen, and community meeting rooms.

The Pawhuska Business Development Center

The Pawhuska Business Development Center is designed to generate economic development in Pawhuska and Osage County. The primary focuses of the 20,000 square foot facility are to provide incubator services in addition to classroom, meeting, and conference room space for the area.

The incubator services are managed by Tri County Tech’s Workforce and Economic Development Department. The facility has five industrial bays, 10 office spaces, two classrooms, and one conference room that can be scheduled for use by incubator clients and members of the community.

Cindy Helmer, the PBDC Site Coordinator, serves as the central resource for the PBDC. Cindy is available to assist in the coordination, scheduling, and communications for the facility, including the needs of incubator clients as well as the general public. If you have any questions, you can reach out to her today!
