Brandon Shofner is a former Marine Combat Engineer who served 10 years active duty. While on active duty, USMC Staff Sergeant Shofner taught classes ranging from landmine warfare, patrolling, and land navigation to survival and mountaineering. Shofner has been practicing Bushcraft for over 17 years, during which his skills have been put to the test in every climate on the planet. Shofner brings a common sense approach to teaching and is a firm believer that each student must learn by getting their hands “dirty” in a positive environment where they are guided to success. Bushcraft is a passion of Shofner’s that he endeavors to share with others.
