Circuit Training (Drop-ins welcome!)


Course Description

Circuit training is a series of strength and cardio exercises in short bursts. Each exercise targets a specific muscle group, quickly alternating to another exercise to target a different muscle group. Moving quickly from one exercise to the next keeps the mind from wandering to maintain mental focus. The combination of cardio and strength exercises blasts fat while sculpting lean muscle. Drop-ins are welcome for only $5.
