With so many different fitness styles to choose from, are you left on the sidelines wondering which one is right for you? Sample a four-week course that will give you a taste of kettlebells, circuit training, cardio kickboxing, and Tabata workouts – all in one class! All classes will get your heart pumping, calories burning, and all major muscle groups toning – while also having fun in a group atmosphere. So stop hesitating, dare to jump right in, and see what you’ve been missing! Physical fitness is a wonderful thing!
