Course Description

Kettlebell, Circuit, Tabata, OH MY!  With so many different fitness styles to choose from, are you left you on the sidelines wondering which one is right for you? This short four-week course will give you a taste of kettlebells, circuit training, cardio kickboxing, and tabata workouts – all in one class!   All classes will get your heart pumping, calories burning, and all major muscle groups toning – while also having fun in a group atmosphere. So stop hesitating, dare to jump right in, and see what you’ve been missing! Physical fitness is a wonderful thing!
