This class focuses on breath, alignment, movement, and stretching to increase strength, flexibility, range of motion, overall mobility as well as relieving stress, calming the mind, and creating awareness of the body. The class is appropriate for beginners to experienced practitioners. A range of modifications are made to make any yoga pose accessible to any student.
