Sleep and Pain in Older Adults


Course Description

It can be hard to get sleep as you get older and pain can lead to insomnia. 

This course will explore the importance of sleep and associated age-related changes in older adults. Strategies that incorporate sleep hygiene measures will be shared. Additionally, pain, types of pain, and pain management will be explored.
