Course Description

Campers will explore careers in the culinary and baking fields. Not only will students learn the basics of cooking and baking, they will also learn how to do so safely. Students will spend time learning basic knife skills and food safety. They will cook their own lunch and snack each day as well as help to prep items being served to other campers. Our end of week presentation will be a light meal or snack for parents/family.
