Vinyasa (Drop-ins welcome!)


Course Description

This medium-paced, flowing style of yoga is focused on breathing and smooth movement. Beginning students will get a good workout while more advanced students will have the opportunity for more challenging poses. Drop-ins are welcome for only $5.
