Course Description

Enjoy the savory flavors of the West Indies (Caribbean) and learn how to cook like the locals do, while sounds of “soca” music fill the air. Taught by a true West Indian. Sample local favorites like pelau, jerk, Caribbean curry, callaloo soup, and fried plantains. Must be 21 to enroll. This is NOT your average “tourist” meal!
