Tri County Tech is expanding their footprint to develop a Leadership Retreat Center with the purchase of Jarrett Farm. Tri County Tech has made its third year on Fortune’s Great Places to Work list, the only public education institution on the list. The 110-acre property, located about 20 miles south of Bartlesville, will feature a 7,500 square foot residential structure and six 1,500 square foot cottage-style rental units. The property was initially built as a single-family residence in the early 1980s and later converted into a bed and breakfast that ran until its closure in 2012.
