Program Overview

The Hospitality Industry is one of the nation’s largest employers offering many employment opportunities; from high-end restaurants to cruise ships, the possibilities are endless. Widen your palate in the Culinary Arts program where you will work in a tasteful environment, giving you first-hand experience in a commercial kitchen. The student-operated Osage Market provides a realistic work environment and an opportunity to apply what you have learned in the classroom. You will work in rotating stations such as bakery, hot food prep, cold foods, grill, cash register, steward, catering, and dish room.
