Update for our Child Development Center

June 30, 2020

Hello, CDC Families.

Thank you all for your patience and understanding. At this time, I do not have any new information to share concerning the Covid-19 test results. However, we have decided to go ahead and close the center an additional day this week. The CDC will be closed on Thursday, July 2, and Friday, July 3, to allow our staff and our facilities to breathe.

Again thank you for your understanding in this matter, if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me directly at 918.284.8075.

Take care,
Heather Pollock

Update from our Superintendent

June 25, 2020

Tri County Tech has had a person on our campus earlier this week that has notified us that they sought out a test for COVID yesterday. When this person went into the Child Development Center, this person did not have a fever.

This person has been tested, and the results are not yet available.

We will continue to deep clean our facilities each evening and ensure that anyone entering our CDC facility is temperature checked and wears a mask.

Your child’s safety is of the utmost importance to us. We will keep you notified if additional measures become necessary. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Heather Pollock at 918.284.8075.

Our Communities, Our Responsibilities

The COVID-19 pandemic is testing us all in unimaginable ways. However, we are reminded that home, family, and friendships are still the best things. As we move through this together, we want you to know some of the steps we are taking to support our students, employees, and the communities we serve.

Together Again – In A New Way

Starting June 1, 2020

We are ready to welcome you back! While you’ve been gone, our TCT Educators have been preparing to make your return as safe and enjoyable as possible. We’re sure you have a lot of questions, so we’ve put together a quick overview of what changes to expect.

Our responsibility and top priority is your health, safety, and well-being. We have focused our resources and expertise on addressing the most urgent challenges posed by COVID-19, including the following:

  • Our Bartlesville and Pawhuska Campuses are open, by appointment only. If you need to take an assessment, order a transcript, pay for a course, or would like to schedule an appointment or have general questions about any of our services, please call 918.331.3333.
  • Our Child Development Center is open. We will be offering our Summer Care program from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm with limited space. Please contact Heather Pollock at Heather.Pollock@TriCountyTech.edu, or call/text 918.284.8075.
  • Your future doesn’t have to wait. Our Fast Track and Flex courses are designed for the working adult. Easy to enroll in and quick to complete, these programs will have you refreshed, retooled, and on your way to new opportunities in no time.

As we continue to monitor and respond to this pandemic, we are working closely with local, state, and federal officials, health experts, and business leaders to make the best decisions we can and to ensure the long-term health and vitality of our Educators and Tri County Tech.

We are grateful to be a part of the communities we serve, and we will continue to do all we can to look out for one another. We look forward to seeing you in the days to come.

In the meantime, stay safe and healthy my friends.
