Tri County Tech’s Culinary Arts program invites you to enjoy our Made in Oklahoma Buffet. Seating is limited and fills quickly, so be sure to reserve your seats soon!

3 Sisters Soup – A hearty Native American recipe featuring winter squash and beans

Main Buffet

Pistol Pete Pulled Pork – Featuring pork from McFerron’s Quality Meat of Nowata, perfectly seasoned and slow-smoked!

Sooner Sausage – Link Sausage we’ll throw into the smoker along with the brisket! We are using Bar S sausage made right here in Seminole, OK!

Buttermilk Fried Chicken Strips – Breast strips dipped in buttermilk and double dredged in our proprietary blend of seasoning for the crispiest, juiciest chicken we can make.

Ranch Hand Potatoes – Red Potatoes tossed in olive oil and lightly seasoned with ranch seasoning.

Shawnee Corn Casserole – Using cornmeal milled right here in Shawnee, Oklahoma.

B’ville Beans – Baked beans seasoned just how we like it with brown sugar and bacon.

Okie Okra – A local favorite, crispy fried okra.


Porter Peach Cobbler – We are using fresh peaches from Porter, Oklahoma. You can’t get more “homegrown” than that!!

Apple Dumpling – Served with a Butter Pecan Glaze made with native pecans.
