Pawhuska Business Development Center

The Pawhuska Business Development Center is designed to generate economic development in Pawhuska and Osage County. The primary focuses of the 20,000 square foot facility are to provide incubator services in addition to classroom, meeting and conference room space for the area.

The incubator services are managed by Tri County Tech’s business enterprise, The Strategy Center. The facility has five industrial bays, 10 office spaces, two classrooms, and one conference room that can be scheduled for use by incubator clients and members of the community.

Business Incubator Services

There is a growing demand for expanded services to the largest business demographics in the area, which is comprised of companies that employ 1-25 employees. Office, manufacturing and warehousing space is available to aid the growth and development of a new business. The purpose of the business incubator is to assist businesses in their “startup” stage. We focus on helping business thrive, which strengthens the economy and improves the quality of life in our community. For a list of offerings, click here
