The TCT Childcare Development Center is a 3-Star, NAC and NAEYC accredited learning center. We have earned these prestigious ratings by providing a high quality, developmentally appropriate program that meets the individual needs of the children and families we serve. The CDC is open to the public and serves a very diverse group of children. We accept DHS and tribal subsidized children, as well as full pay.

Childcare Age Groups
- Infants (at least 6 weeks old)
We offer full-time care for children in these age groups, as well as, a summer Trailblazer camp for school-age children.
Oklahoma Early Childcare Program
The purpose of the Oklahoma Early Childcare Program is to provide comprehensive, full-day, full-year services for at risk children ages birth through three.
Children ages birth through three years (i.e., children that have not reached their fourth birthday by Sept. 1 of the enrollment year) that meet any of the following criteria at time of enrollment are eligible for the pilot program:
- The family income is at or below 185% of the current Federal Poverty Level guidelines as published in the Federal Register each January.
- The family can demonstrate income eligibility for OKDHS childcare or tribal childcare assistance; or
- The child is in foster care.
All of the CDC staff complete extensive early childhood instructional classes that are approved by DHS and the CECPD. The staff is required to have continuing education training each year. Our dedicated and committed Early Care and Educational Professionals strive to provide quality care for children, support for the family, and training for Early Care Professionals.
We are an open door center and we welcome tours at all times. Parents are invited to participate in activities with the children.Back to top
