Program Overview
Become a vital member of the healthcare team in less than a year.
The Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) program prepares you for a fast-growing career in healthcare. In this hands-on program, you’ll learn how to support doctors and nurses while working directly with patients in clinics, hospitals, and medical offices.
While most coursework is completed online, students are required to attend a scheduled weekly on-campus session (up to 3 hours) to support progress and engagement with faculty. Additional in-person time will also be required for hands-on skill development, clinical check-offs, or lab-based instruction. Students gain real-world skills in patient care, vital signs, medical procedures, and clinical support. You’ll also learn administrative tasks like scheduling, medical records, and communication—making you a valuable part of any healthcare team.
This program prepares you to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification exam, helping you start working in healthcare quickly without spending years in school.
This Program Is Perfect For Students Who:
- Are ready to start a new career in healthcare
- Want to get trained and start working as soon as possible
