Program Overview

Master precision welding used in high-end fabrication and advanced industries.

The Gas Tungsten Arc Welding (GTAW), also known as TIG welding, course provides hands-on training in one of the most precise and skill-intensive welding processes. Designed for adult learners, this program teaches you how to create clean, high-quality welds used in industries like aerospace, manufacturing, and custom fabrication.

Students learn how to set up and operate TIG welding equipment, select the correct tungsten electrodes and shielding gases, and weld materials such as stainless steel and aluminum. With a focus on control, technique, and detail, you’ll develop the skills needed to produce strong, visually clean welds.

In addition to welding techniques, students are introduced to blueprint reading and shop practices—helping build a strong foundation for career advancement in welding and fabrication.
