Tri County Tech created The Strategy Center, a certified business incubator, to help businesses in our community thrive. The program gives companies the opportunity to get on their feet with the use of furnished office space at a reduced lease rate for a maximum of five years, as well as facility and equipment access. By focusing on community partnerships, professional training, and commerce best practices, the Strategy Center can provide valuable services to help your business succeed. Whether you are an entrepreneur with a fresh company to launch or an established organization looking to grow, the Strategy Center can help.
Your company’s health depends on a strong foundation, including strategic planning, a solid business plan, and engaged employees. Your business will benefit from progressive, smart organizational methods that have led Tri County Tech in achieving Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award. The Baldrige Award is a presidential-level honor, recognizing exemplary practices among American organizations and businesses, including an unceasing drive for radical innovation, thoughtful leadership, and organizational improvement. Your organization can also draw upon Tri County Tech’s forward-thinking focus on workforce well-being and six years of being Great Place to Work® Certified.
The program consists of five office spaces and six light industrial spaces. An incubator program is also available at the Pawhuska Business Development Center, which consists of nine office spaces and four-light industrial spaces.
