“The hands-on training, as well as the bookwork that was provided while I attended are very very useful in my career as an Early Child Educator now! Tri County is blessed to have instructors that love and care about their students and truly will do anything to see them succeed in their career field.” – Taylor N., Tri County Tech Graduate

Scholarship Opportunity

Following The Pathway to a National Credential for Child Care Professionals Curriculum will allow you to apply for the Scholars for Excellence in Child Care. The Scholars program awards scholarships to eligible childcare professionals. To qualify, complete coursework in child development or early childhood education, as well as the Child Development Associate (CDA) and Certified Childcare Professional (CCP) Credential Assessment. This offers childcare providers in Oklahoma the opportunity to improve their skills through education. It’s also an opportunity to receive an educational stipend and continue the availability of quality child care in local communities. Requires an additional 480 hours working with children in specific CDA age groups (infant/toddler or preschool) and a $425 application and testing fee. For more information email Heather Pollock at Heather.Pollock@TriCountyTech.edu.

Financial Assistance

Financial assistance is available through the Tri County Tech Foundation for Full Time and Flex programs. After you are accepted into a program, you will receive a financial assistance application. The form must be filled out and turned in with the most recent two months of pay stubs for every working member of your household.

Our main goal for financial assistance at Tri County Tech is to assist financially disadvantaged students who would be unable to get the education they deserve. Assistance consists of grants, scholarships, and employment. An individual might participate in one or more resources, depending upon eligibility and need.

We do not accept funds from FAFSA or PELL.
