Forty five minutes of non-stop dancing to latin and cultural music. You will have so much fun that you will forget it’s even a workout! This class is medium intensity and medium to high impact. Choreography stays consistent to allow for less thinking and more sweating!
Similar to Zumba, this is a dance fitness class that is set to music from the 1940s through the early 2000s. Enjoy great classic tunes while moving your body to the beat! This class is medium impact and intensity.
If you want a quick, exciting, results-driven group fitness experience, Triple Threat is your class! This workout uses three forms of resistance, three different exercises, and three sets of 8-24 reps that target each of the major muscle groups. Each sequence consists of four exercises that target the chest, back, shoulders, and legs for a 45-minute workout using stability balls and dumbbells. This is a great introductory class for resistance training. This class is low impact, low intensity, and high results!
HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) boasts the benefit of elevating metabolism for longer post-workout than other types of training. Tabata is one type of HIIT workout that consists of 20 seconds of very hard work with 10 seconds rest, repeated eight times for a 4-minute set. This workout will combine intense cardio with strength supersets to be used as active rest. If you want to see quick improvements in your overall energy and stamina, this class is for you! Best suited for individuals looking for a cardio challenge. This class is medium-high impact and intensity. It can be adapted for beginning to intermediate training levels.
Mobility and Core
Sometimes we need to slow down a little and focus on maintenance and injury prevention. Perfect for the hustle and bustle of the holidays, this class will leave you feeling stronger and more agile. We will incorporate stretching as well as back, hip, and abdominal strengthening movements. The goal is to keep our bodies feeling a little more pain-free. This class will be low impact and low to medium intensity. Participants must be able to get up and down from the floor.

Our format challenges your body in all planes of motion so you constantly develop strength, agility, flexibility, balance, and torch calories.
Resistance bands are versatile, easy to use, and a surprising way to gain strength with just one small piece of equipment. In this class, we will use bands in a low impact, low intensity, keeping safety a priority. We will use bands to add resistance to 8 -12 basic moves such as squats, chest flys, crunches, bicep curls, etc for a full-body workout! Easy, peasy, lemon squeezy! Best suited for beginning to intermediate levels.
American Barre Technique is a ballet-inspired, low impact, aerobic class that fuses fluid balletic movements with small staccato actions to trigger hard-to-work muscles. ABT tones and sculpts the outer physique into a lean dancer’s shape. This fitness class is perfect for women and men of all ages and strength levels and can be taken at your own pace with an increase in difficulty or at a modified level. Increase your flexibility, tone and tighten your physique, increase endurance, improve balance and find a deeper sense of inner strength with ABT.
Join us for a total body strength and cardio workout combining high-intensity interval training with a 60/15 second work/rest phase rotating through stations. You will get to experience a little bit of everything in this varied and intense workout, using equipment and accessories like plyo boxes, jump ropes, stability balls, medicine balls, weights, and more. Weather permitting, we will utilize the outdoors for cardio drills on alternating cycles. This class will be sure to get you ready for all of your summer activities!
