Program Overview
Explore one of the most fulfilling fields and directly impact K-12 students with Tri County Tech’s Teacher Prep Program! Explore human growth and development, learn instructional methods, and master classroom management. Our specialized classroom mimics a real classroom environment, preparing you for a six-week internship that offers a hands-on opportunity to work with students in a classroom setting. Upon completing the program, you will be ready to take the Paraprofessional Assessment or ACT® WorkKeys® National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC®). This will allow you to begin working immediately in a classroom setting or give you an early advantage for acceptance into a college education program.
