Superintendent & CEO | Dr. Tammie Strobel

Dr. Tammie Strobel

Dr. Tammie Strobel has spent over three decades as an educator, either in the classroom or school administrator. For the past twenty years, Tammie has used her gifts and talents to serve Tri County Tech, helping position it as one of the top places to work in the United States. She has been the organization’s quality journey leader and is proud to be the sixth superintendent and CEO.

Regardless of her role, Tammie strives to create extraordinary outcomes for students and educators. She considers herself more than an educator; she is an “edu-CARE-er” – one who cares deeply about the success of others both inside and outside the school walls. Her servant leadership is rooted in the belief that we are responsible for giving back what God has given us.

No one does it alone, and Tammie has had the privilege of working with outstanding educators who have inspired and challenged her. Together, they get to experience the wonderfully fulfilling career of providing life-changing learning experiences.

She received her education at Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s of Science, the University of Central Oklahoma with a Master’s in Education, and a Doctorate Degree in Education Administration and Leadership from the University of Oklahoma. Let’s just say there are more jerseys than most in her closet. Tammie also has a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, is a Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Senior Examiner and Team Lead, and serves on the Bartlesville Chamber and Cherokee Area Council Boy Scouts of America Boards.

Tammie and her husband Brad enjoy traveling, sports, and live music.
