Tri County Tech Foundation Announces the Establishment of the M. Hal, Janice, & Terri Taylor Family Emerald Legacy Scholarship Fund
The Tri County Tech Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the M. Hal, Janice, and Terri Taylor Family Scholarship, an Emerald Legacy Scholarship Fund created as a long-term investment in students and the workforce. For the Taylor family, this endowment represents more than a gift. It’s a way to invest in people, practical skills, and the future of the community they care about.
By creating a permanently endowed scholarship, the Taylors are ensuring their support will continue year after year, providing tuition assistance to students pursuing high-demand, career-ready training at Tri County Tech.
“We wanted to make an investment that would truly last,” said Terri Taylor. “By establishing this scholarship, we’re supporting students who are building practical skills and meaningful careers, while also strengthening the workforce and community we care so deeply about. Knowing this fund will continue to help students year after year made this gift especially meaningful to our family.”
This Emerald Legacy Fund reflects the Taylor family’s belief that investing in education strengthens families, employers, and the local economy for generations to come. The Tri County Tech Foundation remains committed to removing financial barriers for students in Washington, Nowata, and Osage counties.
