What We Offer

Camp Themes

Art

Art Camp provides high-quality enrichment experiences in the visual arts. Classes are taught by artists who design fun, challenging, and educational projects. Campers will create a variety of artworks, including but not limited to painting, printmaking, paper-mâché, masks, plaster sculptures, fiber arts, and assemblages.

Aviation

Sky High Drone Adventures Summer Camp: Take to the skies this summer! In this exciting hands-on camp, students will dive into the world of drones, learning the basics of flight, safety rules (including FAA guidelines), and real-world applications of drone technology. Through fun challenges like building obstacle courses, practicing precision piloting, navigating search-and-rescue missions, and even introductory coding, campers will master essential STEM skills while soaring with their own drones. Perfect for aspiring pilots, tech enthusiasts, and future innovators—get ready for takeoff and unforgettable aerial fun!

Life Skills 101

Build confidence and learn real-world care skills in this fun, hands-on camp! Campers explore safety and first aid, behavior and discipline, communication, and professionalism through engaging activities, games, and role-playing. Participants practice handling everyday situations, keeping kids safe, and responding responsibly—all while developing leadership, problem-solving, and life skills they can use at home and beyond.

CHEF

Cooking is a universal life skill that offers a unique opportunity to explore math, reading, chemistry, geography, and history. Campers will also focus on art and creativity; presentation and the use of colors can make a dish taste even better. Campers will learn independent cooking skills while focusing on foods from different regions of the world. They will try their hand at main courses, appetizers, and desserts. Join the fun!

Coding Creators

Campers will explore computer programming and learn the fundamentals of coding while creating fun projects. Younger campers will start with a simple drag-and-drop programming environment, and older campers will finish the camp coding with the Python programming language—NO coding experience needed.

Engineering

Join our Engineering Camp! Collaborate in teams to design and build catapults, mousetrap cars, bridges, and gliders. Dive into design software applications and bring your creations to life with 3D printing. All while exploring the exciting world of engineering!

Media Makers

Explore creativity and digital storytelling at Tri County Tech’s Media Makers Summer Camps! Movie Magic (3rd–4th Grade) introduces campers to visual storytelling as they create characters, shape stories, and experiment with simple effects to bring ideas to life. Podcast Pandemonium (5th–6th Grade) takes students behind the microphone to develop original characters, practice voice acting, explore sound design, and produce a completed podcast episode. The week wraps up with a fun listening party and custom podcast posters. Whether on screen or on the air, Media Makers blends imagination, teamwork, and technology, giving campers hands-on experience and creative projects they’ll be proud to share.

PE

Get ready to move, play, and compete! Campers will participate in a variety of sports, fitness challenges, and team-building activities designed to build strength, coordination, and teamwork. From classic games to new and exciting challenges, this camp is all about staying active, having fun, and developing a lifelong love for physical fitness!

Robotics

Campers will be given a challenge at the beginning of the week! They will design, build, and test a robot made out of VEX materials. Campers will work in small groups to brainstorm and develop a prototype through preliminary testing. Finally, they will program a working robot to complete challenges.

Science

Do you remember Bill Nye the Science Guy and all his wild experiments? In this class campers will explore the wonderful, wacky world of science and how exciting it can be. Through hands-on experiments and activities, campers will learn about chemical reactions, geology, thermodynamics, and the water cycle. We will build, make, and play our way through "Random Acts of Science."
