Bank of Oklahoma Establishes a Sapphire Legacy Scholarship Fund

Tri County Tech Foundation Receives Sapphire Legacy Scholarship Fund From Bank of Oklahoma

The Tri County Tech Foundation is proud to announce the establishment of the Bank of Oklahoma Sapphire Legacy Scholarship endowment. This significant contribution by Bank of Oklahoma will ensure the provision of a scholarship in their name every year, making a lasting impact on the lives of deserving students.

The Bank of Oklahoma Scholarship Fund represents a remarkable partnership that extends beyond mere financial support. With this scholarship, Bank of Oklahoma demonstrates its commitment to empowering students and fostering educational opportunities within the community. The Tri County Tech Foundation is immensely grateful for their generosity and enthusiastic about the future prospects of this partnership.

“Thank you for the opportunity to broaden our partnership in such a meaningful way,” says Elizabeth Chase, VP of Corporate Banking. “We’re thrilled to be a part of your efforts!”

The mission of the Tri County Tech Foundation is to extend the reach of Tri County Tech and ensure no student is denied an education due to the lack of funds. Endowed funds continue in perpetuity, are never reduced, and scholarships are granted to qualifying students from the interest earnings. Endowments are essential to Tri County Tech Foundation’s growth and sustainability. Our endowment goal of $5 million is crucial to guarantee that all students can pursue their educational goals without financial constraints.

“Most Tri County Tech Foundation recipients are individuals with no other form of financial assistance,” says Kim Smith, Tri County Tech Chief Administrative Officer and Foundation Executive Director. “Thanks to Bank of Oklahoma’s generosity, we are one step closer to giving every student a chance to succeed.”
