Program Overview
CompTIA Security+ is the first security certification, you as an IT professional, should earn. This certification will prepare you to install and configure systems to secure applications, networks, and devices; perform threat analysis and respond with appropriate mitigation techniques; participate in risk mitigation activities; and operate with an awareness of applicable policies, laws, and regulations. Upon completion, you will receive your CompTIA Security+ certification, which will allow you to dive head-first into your IT Security career!

CompTIA Network+ helps develop a career in IT infrastructure covering troubleshooting, configuring, and managing networks. You will learn to explain the purpose of a variety of networking concepts and implement them appropriately, determine & explain the appropriate cabling, device and storage technologies. Information technology is an incredibly dynamic field, creating new opportunities and challenges every day. Participating in our program will enable you to stay current with new and evolving technologies and remain a sought-after IT and security expert.

Financial Assistance
Financial assistance is available through the Tri County Tech Foundation for Full Time & Flex programs. After you are accepted into a program, you will receive a financial assistance application. The form must be filled out and turned in with the most recent two months of pay stubs for every working member of your household.
Our main goal for financial assistance at Tri County Tech is to assist financially disadvantaged students who would be unable to get the education they deserve. Assistance consists of grants, scholarships, and employment. An individual might participate in one or more resources, depending upon eligibility and need.
We do not accept funds from FAFSA or PELL.
