Dance & Cardio Classes

Group Fitness class schedule for March 22nd through April 30th

Zumba

Intermediate level cardio dance set to 70% cultural music and 30% popular music. Medium- high impact.

Throwback Dance

Beginner to Intermediate level cardio dance set to popular music from the ’40s to the early 2000s. Low to Intermediate impact

Triple Threat

A beginner to intermediate level, total body strength class performed using light weights and stability balls. Low impact.

Fit Frenzy

Intermediate level total body workout combining cardio kickboxing (no bag or gloves) and dumbbell and bodyweight strength training. Medium Impact.
